“Working one-on-one with Brayden was such a gift. He pushed me beyond what I thought I could do because he knew I can do it. On tough days when I was struggling, he always had encouraging words to keep me motivated. Brayden used his knowledge of biomechanics when analyzing my form, helping to correct me when I was having trouble with a move. I injured my shoulder outside of the gym, and Brayden made sure each session after that was designed to care for and rehab my shoulder. He also continuously checked in on my health, offering much needed dietary advice. New to CrossFit On-Ramp Package

The On-Ramp Package is geared to help athletes getting ready to start their CrossFit journey but have little to no experience. These six sessions will prep athletes for classes, introduce all the standard movements, and help with scaling options. We believe these sessions will help new athletes build confidence to walk into classes ready for whatever the day brings. Having a trainer working with you will help correct form and set you up for success in classes!

  • 5 hour long sessions with trainer one-on-one

  • $225 (3 Month expiration)
