If you're worried that doing Pull-Ups until your body runs out of pulling power isn't going to be enough work for today, you're in luck! We will be cashing out with 10 x 100' Sled Pushes. This will give you a chance to spike your heart rate and breathing, tire your legs out completely, and balance your upper body with pushing. It's going to be a wonderful balancing act today!
