HYALITE WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Workout of the day. This is the traditionally programmed CrossFit class with a combination of weightlifting, monostructural metabolic conditioning (cardio), and gymnastics (bodyweight). This is what makes up the majority of all CrossFit gyms.
These are our efficiency-based cardiovascular-focused classes. There is little to no added weight, lots of movement at relatively high pace, and tons of sweat. This class primarily focuses on POSE running technique and proper rowing form in order to improve endurance performance.
This class is focused on basic movement proficiency and understanding the complex movements utilized during CrossFit classes. All new members will be required to attend at least one On-Ramp class, with most beginners benefiting from multiple On-Ramp classes in order to feel fully comfortable with anything the coaches may throw at them. This is also a great chance for CrossFit-experienced members to brush up on form.
Obstacle Course Racing
This class is geared toward getting you ready for any level and form of obstacle course race or mud run. We utilize sleds, sandbags, logs, slosh pipes, wall obstacles (over/under), monkey bars, and tons of other torture devices to get ready for our next race.
This class focuses entirely on proper form and movement through the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. In addition to all variations of the Olympic Lifts, we will utilize auxiliary lifts to strengthen and further improve these difficult movements.
These classes are intended to offer you a chance to use the gym to whatever end you choose. You can complete any workouts of the day, previous days, or a workout that you wrote or found somewhere. There will always be a coach present and available as well, so we can help you with any specific movement for which you're looking to improve.
