ERIC HUEBNER- OWNER/ HEAD COACH

Owning my own CrossFit gym with my incredible business partner Brittney is a dream-come-true for countless reasons.  It all comes down to the fact that my deepest passions in life are people and health. Getting to work with amazing people every day in such an incredibly fun health-minded setting has always been the ultimate goal for me. Additionally, this job affords me the opportunity to spend significant amounts of time with my wife Kortni and our daughters Olive Logan and Iris Rae. Olive was born 12/14/14 and Iris was born 11/6/16, and they have been the greatest thing to ever happen to our lives.

I was born in Chicago and raised in Great Falls, MT.  I moved to Bozeman in the fall of 2005 for college and have been in love with the area ever since. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Health and Human Development in 2009, and a master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Sciences with a focus on Sport and Coaching Sciences in 2013 from Montana State University.  My primary focus in the graduate work was in Sport Psychology.

I have been very active in CrossFit since I started in March of 2013. I was competitive in football, basketball, track (pole vault), baseball, and soccer throughout the majority of my life. I also personally dabble in hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, swimming, running, racquetball, ping pong, tennis, paddle boarding, yoga, and anything else that keeps me active.  I love any and all methods of creating wellness and I am always open to new ideas.

Lastly, I am possibly the world’s greatest hugger. Love you bye!

BRITTNEY MARTELLO- OWNER/ HEAD COACH

I am so fortunate to be able to lead this amazing group of fitness inspired people alongside Eric. This opportunity allows me to pursue my passion for helping others on their fitness journey. And will give me the freedom to also serve in the Army National Guard. I feel blessed to be in this amazing situation and could not ask for a better group of people to be surrounded by.

I was born and raised in Billings MT where I grew up competing in gymnastics, softball, dance, and track & field. I moved to Bozeman in 2007 to attend MSU  while participating in the MSU cheer program. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Development with an emphasis in Kinesiology in 2011. After completing school I took a personal training job here in Bozeman where I enjoyed helping people change their lives through fitness. Along with training I coached kids ages 3-18 in the evenings in tumbling and all-star cheer. My passion is coaching individuals of all ages!

I was not introduced to CrossFit until 2014 where I fell instantly in love with the sense of community CrossFit builds. I joined the coaching staff in December 2014 and loved helping members work towards their goals and break down barriers creating overall stronger people. Along with CrossFit competitions, I enjoy hot yoga, competing in obstacle course races, hiking with the dogs, shooting my bow, golfing and traveling. I love everything Bozeman has to offer and could not see myself anywhere else.

I met my husband, Ryan, during my time at MSU and we were married in September 2013. Ryan, also from Montana, loves the Bozeman area and so we decided to stay after graduation. He runs a landscape company and is a friendly face you will see around the gym. We have two Boxers (Bentley & Simba) who are like our children.

I am not the world's greatest hugger, see Eric for those!
