The new strength cycles begin this week. Today, we will be setting our 1 Rep Max Front Squat to start our classes. Considering you just finished a much more brutal Back Squat cycle coming up to this, you should be feeling strong. However, as I say all the time, you only get one back in this life. Protect it and lift wisely. Focus on the form and let your body dictate the number you reach today - not your stubborn mind.
