We are going to be working on heavy Thrusters from the floor - also known as Clusters (Squat Clean Thrusters). If you only thought you disliked Thrusters before, this should top you off nicely. They're brutal!
Obviously it goes without saying that the focus on this lift is form before weight. Even if it's obvious, I'm going to keep saying it. Use good form and your body will pay you back with increased strength and utility. Use bad form and your body will punish you with soreness and pain. The good part is that you get to decide for yourself!
