It's time to find out how strong your shoulders have become. If you've been coming to class on Thursdays and working on your Press and Push Press, you should be seeing some significant improvements.
Be sure to keep your lower back from arching. We're testing your shoulder strength, not your chest strength. We're certainly not interested in testing the stability of your lower back, so squeeze your butt and core!
