Squats with Baselines!
Are you ready to test your Baseline again? Well..... too bad! We're doing it anyway.
We do this primarily so overall fitness progress can be empirically demonstrated. In layman's terms, we do it so that you can see without a doubt that you're improving. It could be that you do all movements scaled the same but improve your time. It could be that you RX it for the first time but slow in time. It could be a combo of many things in between those options.
Regardless of how your improvement demonstrates itself, it'll be fun to see how you're doing.
