Get Your Head Through!
When you start getting to heavy weights on your Strict Press today, be sure to get your head through as early as possible. Once the weight is above your head, get your ears between your biceps so the weight is over your center-of-mass. You're stronger in that position than if the weight is out in front of your body.
With good technique, you'll be able to push some incredibly heavy things directly above you. It's going to be awesome!
