Do you want shoulders like Coach Brittney? If so, try shrinking a few feet in height and you should be fine. It helps to have big muscles when they don't have to spread across a big frame.
Regardless of height, though, we are going to build some strength in those shoulders today. This will help you when you go to toss your child in the air. They love it - but holy moly do they get heavy fast!
