20 Rep Squats!
Today is our first work day of the Back Squat strength cycle. Last week we set our 10 rep maxes. This week, you'll be performing a 20-rep set of that 10 rep max. You read that correctly!
You are going to warm-up to your 10 rep max weight. Once you're there, you will pick the bar up and perform 20 reps before setting it back down. This is going to be some of the most mentally exhausting 3-5 minutes of your life. You're going to love it!
