Let's Learn Muscle-Ups!
We will be working on developing our Muscle Ups today. For those of us who can do them, this will improve our efficiency and lead to more MU's in a row. For those of us who are close to achieving our first MU, this will get us over that final hurdle. For those of us who are nowhere near our first MU, this will be a chance to work on our kipping technique. It will translate into improvement in our Toes-To-Bar, Pull-Ups, Chest-To-Bar Pull-Ups, and beyond!
