We're going to get heavy with some Snatch Pulls today! The fun thing about them is that you get to pick up a lot more weight than you'd feel comfortable catching overhead. You can beast around some weights without the scary part of catching it. Additionally, it will help build your power for the full Snatch motion, which means you'll be more confident when we do Snatches again.
In other news, we are getting back to running season here in Bozeman. That means you should spend more time each day working on your mobility - especially in your calves/achilles/feet. This will help keep your legs feeling fresh - even if you've been pounding the pavement as you runner-types like to say.
