Time for an OHS PR!
Let's set some new PR's on those Overhead Squats today! You have all worked very diligently over the past 8 weeks, and it's time to see it pay off.
With that said, let's be sure to focus on our form first and foremost. There is no PR or workout result that is more important than your body's health and functionality. Let's keep ourselves strong and capable so that we can utilize these bodies to their max outside of the gym.
