Nicole - Running & Pull-Ups!
It's time to get you cupcakes outside again. We've done far too much work strictly inside over the winter, and spring is finally here!
With that in mind, we've decided to start our spring running with Nicole! You will be running 400 meters at a time followed by a max rep set of Pull-Ups. Your score is the number of rounds you've finished and the number of Pull-Ups you've completed. It's awesome!
