Lucy's Light Dodgeball Tournament
The annual dodgeball tournament in Belgrade is this coming Saturday (3/25/17). All proceeds go toward research on children's cancers, and it is an incredible event to watch and/or participate in. If you want to be on our team that is competing this year, please respond to this email to let us know. More importantly, everyone, please go to http://cookiesforkidscancer.org/Fundraiser/HyaliteCrossFit to donate to our team's fundraising efforts as well. We need to raise at least $250 to be allowed to participate in the tournament, but we set our goal at $1000 because you are extremely generous people! More information about this event can be found here: http://lucyslight.org/.
Jeff Langton Guest Coaching
Brittney, Ryan, and Eric will be unavailable to coach class at 9 A.M. on Saturday March 25th. Because of this, Jeff Langton has generously agreed to offer his coaching expertise to anyone interested. He will be offering a Clean and Jerk clinic instead of the regular Obstacle Course Racing class. This is an incredible opportunity to come in and build up your skills at this complicated and under-practiced Olympic lift. Jeff is a fantastic coach, and you will benefit greatly from utilizing his talents on Saturday morning!
Jenny Norcutt - Real Life On The Road Survey
Our very own Jenny Norcutt has an offer for all of you. Follow this link (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScVRJVzXKnw6cnxxn4Xh0KkaPws8V_y1Z_9V_c4ij6qrVLJYA/viewform?c=0&w=1) and fill out a survey for her blog Real Life On The Road to be entered in a raffle for a $25 HCF gift card purchased by Jenny. She promises that nothing will be solicited during this survey. This is just a chance for her to gain knowledge about the kinds of information health-oriented people like yourselves are looking for. Thank you for helping to boost a fellow HCFer's business. We are always seeking to boost member-owned businesses within our membership!
2017 CrossFit Games Open Season
We have one week left in the Open! I feel confident saying that no one from HCF is making it to Regionals this year. Additionally, our team will not be getting the invite to Regionals either. What I'm even more confident and excited about is how much fun it has been watching you give your all each week of the Open (and daily) to always improve yourselves. We have an incredible community that is driven by the beautiful people who call HCF home!
Love you bye!
