I'm sure you've heard me say this a time or two, but Squats are one of the greatest movements you can do. They translate into an immense amount of your everyday life, and they assist in almost everything. Don't skip Squat day just because they're hard. The good thing about doing something you're bad at is that you eventually get good at it. Then it becomes a strength rather than a weakness.
After squatting, we're going to do a couple really short - very high intensity - AMRAP's. I think you're going to dig it!
