Are You Ready for OCR Season?
Get yourselves to the gym this morning! We are going to do some different movement patterns than in our traditional CrossFit classes in order to get you ready for some Obstacle Course Racing this summer.
I bet you'll see Sandbags, Rope Climbs, Sled Pulls/Pushes, Slosh Pipes, Bucket Carries, Farmer's Carries, and lots of other odd movements. It's going to be great!
