The Open Is Upon Us!
I wrote this blog before the workout was announced, so you'll have to forgive my guessing. They have put many of the same movements into the Open the past few years - MU, DU, Snatch/OHS, Wall Ball, HSPU, etc.
There is really no way to guess what the workout will be for today, but I can guarantee it will be hard and you're going to dig it!
