Do you struggle in this position? Yes you do.
We are going to take the first half of today's class to improve everyone's abilities while upside down. That could be due to a limitation in strength, fear of being inverted, lack of body awareness (proprioception), or many other limiting factors. We are going to address any and all of these issues during today's classes.
Come work on something you're bad at today. It's how you continuing improving yourself on a daily basis. Pick something hard and get a little bit better today.
