New Deadlift Cycle!
We are starting our new strength cycles this week! Today begins our Deadlift cycle, which will be on Mondays for the next month or two. We will be setting a 1 rep max Deadlift, while obviously focusing on form above weight.
On Wednesday, we will set our 1 rep max Overhead Squat. As with the Deadlift, the focus of this will be on form above weight. In addition, if the overhead portion of this lift is a problem for you, we can change it to a Back Squat if you'd like. You can also stay light and work on the mobility and range of motion of your Overhead Squat if you are more interested in that. It is your choice.
