High Intensity Short Bursts!
Today's workout will be extremely hard, but none of the pieces of it will take very long. That is precisely why it will be so hard. With a shorter time domain comes higher intensity to make the workout equally advantageous.
You'll get to experience a 500m Row sprint, which may be the most miserable 2 minutes of your life. Then, we're going to cool off for a bit so no one passes out or throws up. Afterwards, we'll do The Baseline, which is fast and highly intense as well. For those of you thinking The Baseline is too easy, you're in luck. We wrote The Beastline as well, which should satisfy your blood thirst. Lastly, we'll all finish with one of the most painful minutes you'll experience ever - max rep Burpees!
