Let's Balance Out Our Shoulders!
We do a lot of work that strengthens our shoulders in front and on top. That is all fantastic because it gives you the ability to push with incredible power. However, it is only fully functional when combined with equal strengthening of the back and lower portions of our shoulders.
That is why we are doing heavy Bent Over Rows today. We want to strengthen our middle and lower traps, rhomboids, and everything else that will keep you in good posture and balance your anterior delts and upper traps. In addition, that is why we have the Crossover Symmetry system for you to use as often as possible - recommended daily.
