Floor Press Max!
Today's classes will be wrapping up our current strength cycles by finding our 3 rep max Floor Press. Let's find out how much improvement you were able to make in your chest power over the past 8 weeks.
Next week will be a deloaded week, which means there will be no strength cycles. That doesn't mean we won't be lifting. It means the lifts will be less predictable. Starting the following week, our new strength cycles will begin - along with our new weekly structure.
Mondays will be the Deadlift cycle. Tuesdays will be our Gymnastic (bodyweight) day. Wednesdays will be the Overhead Squat cycle. Thursdays will be our long WOD. Lastly, Fridays will be our Olympic Lifting skill day. All class times and Endurance schedule will remain the same. The only difference will be the focus of the programming each day.
