Snatch Grip Deadlifts!
We are going to be working on the first pull of the Snatch today. Don't be discouraged when the highest weight you can reach is much lower than your traditional Deadlift. It's a much harder body position to hold tight during the Snatch Grip Deadlift.
The work we are doing today will greatly improve your abilities and confidence for y our Snatch. When the weight feels insurmountable to even pull off the floor, the odds of you believing you'll catch it above you seem to diminish quickly. When the pull off the floor feels like nothing, the confidence to get yourself under that weight will increase drastically.
