New 1 Rep Max Front Squat!
We will be setting our new 1 rep max Front Squat in today's classes. We have been doing pauses throughout this cycle to get you comfortable under tension while keeping good posture and body position. Now you can utilize the strength and skills you gained during this cycle to improve your max!
You'll most likely hear Brittney and me yelling about staying off your toes and keeping your elbows up. Perhaps we don't just yell those things for no reason. Stay focused on your form and your body will reward you with strength.
