Front Rack Lunges!
This is our "De-Load" week between our Overhead Squat and Deadlift cycles ending last week and our Back Squat and Snatch cycles beginning next week. This means that even the strength components will be less predictable right now.
Today will start out with (a warm-up of course, and then) Front Rack Lunges. The good thing about these is that they're really hard! If you do them correctly by keeping your elbows/chest/eyes up, weight in the front heel, and power in the glutes; you will develop incredible butt muscles!
