Who Wants Abs?!
We've got a wonderful Core Medley planned for the start of your class! We'll build you some stability, coordination, and strength in your midsection. If you've been eating well, there's also a chance you'll get to see an ab or two when you wake up tomorrow. That would be fun!
Also, in case you were wondering, our new strength cycles start next week. Monday will be our Back Squat cycle, and Thursday will be our Snatch cycle. We will set our 1 rep maxes for each lift next week, and the cycles will begin the following week.
