Those bikes are now assembled and ready for use. You know what the best part of that is?... Brittney and I are both dying to make you all do Tabata Assault Bike rounds!
If you do it correctly, Tabata rounds on one of those bikes should be one of the most miserably difficult 4 minute segments of your life. Nothing in my time doing CrossFit workouts has ever pushed me closer to puking than that.
Also, it's still September, which means you can thank Brittney for this workout. I know you want this to be my fault because I love making you all do Tabatas, but no.
