Bring your tall socks!... We're doing Rope Climbs again today! Also, we will be working on Muscle Up drills, which means we should get to see a first Muscle Up or 2 today.
For those of us who don't picture Muscle Ups in our near future, these drills will directly improve our Kipping Pull-Ups, Toes-To-Bar, Kipping Chest-To-Bar Pull-Ups, and Muscle Ups eventually.
We promise you won't be left behind if Muscle Ups aren't your next goal.
