We are working a complex of Snatch components today to help get you guys accustomed to and proficient at this difficult movement. You get to do Power Snatches, Overhead Squats, Snatch Balances, and Hang Squat Snatches - for each weight you use.
As always, with how complex and difficult Snatches are for most of us, let's take it easy on the weights and really focus on getting our form nailed. That way, when we get to setting our new 1 rep maxes in 7 weeks, our bodies feel coordinated and powerful and ready to move incredible loads.
