In order to complement the Squat Cleans we did last week, we are working on Split Jerks today. That will finish off the Clean and Jerk in order to get you an Olympic level Olympic lift.
Once we've lifted unimaginable amounts of weight in the Split Jerk, we are going to test your resolve. I won't divulge the Met-Con, but you can rest assured that it will give you the chance to prove to yourself how awesome you are. If you're feeling a little "quit-y" today, it will be apparent once you start working.
