Back Squat Monday!
This is the first week after we set our max Back Squat last Monday. We will be doing a 6-week cycle that will end on the 7th week with you setting a new PR Back Squat!
I also wanted to give you a heads up that we are expecting fairly high attendance today, so be sure to get here early to get signed in and warmed up in order to keep classes running smoothly and on time.
