Let's Work On Pull-Ups!
We will be dominating some gymnastics moves today! Make sure you're ready to do some pulling to get started. Roll out your lats and upper/middle back. Take care of your hands - chalk, tape, lotion, etc. - so that you can handle some Pull-Ups.
After that, just make sure you came ready to suffer! That's all I'm willing to say for now.
