Back Squat Cycle Begins!
We begin our new strength cycles this week by setting our 1 rep max Back Squat during today's classes. This is a lift that has a potential to involve a lot of weight. With that in mind, it is important to keep our form solid and understand how to safely bail a weight if we get stuck.
