New 1 Rep Max Deadlift!
We get to set our new 1 Rep Max Deadlifts today! This can be extremely exciting because this is the strongest/heaviest lift for most of us. With that fact, it is of utmost importance that we keep our form strong to avoid injury.
The heavier the weights go, the more susceptible we are to injury if form deteriorates. Listen to your coach today in order to avoid getting into an improper position and risking a back injury.
Hopefully that scared you enough to at least get you thinking about how to best take care of yourself. You get to be your strongest self by using proper form and avoiding injury. It keeps you at the gym and continuously improving rather than in recovery.
