10 Minutes to Suffer!
We are starting today with our Deadlift cycle as usual. Once that is over, you can take solace in knowing that you only have 10 minutes of work left to do.
However, your relief will have to wait because you're going to suffer for all 10 of those minutes... a lot!
I won't reveal the torture here, but I promise it will be all you need if you ramp your intensity up correctly.
