This coming week is exciting in many ways...
We will be wrapping up our current strength cycles by setting our new 1 Rep Max Overhead Squat on Wednesday and 1 Rep Max Deadlift on Friday.
Thursday marks the end of my programming and the beginning of Brittney's programming for this month. Who knows what she's going to make you do in September!
Tuesday's workout involves an insane amount of DB Man-Makers that I picture you animals really digging.
MSU is back in session on Monday. This means heavier "traffic," but it also means more action for all the businesses around town.
