Rope Climbs - Bring Tall Socks!
We will be practicing rope climbing technique for part of today's workout. This means that you should bring tall socks or long pants if you want to minimize or even avoid rope burns. They hurt a lot and they take a while to heal.
If you think rope climbing is too complex or advanced or scary for you, no worries. We will have scaled options as well because we always have scaled options. If we didn't, we would be terrible coaches.
