I am well aware of the fact that you all deeply love Tabata intervals. That is why I love to program them so much.
In case you were wondering, they are named after a Japanese researcher named Dr. Izumi Tabata. He used the intervals to test intensity training versus long slow distance training.
In most studies testing the different modalities, athletes completing Tabata (or Tabata-like) intervals had equal or better performances while training for significantly less time.
What this means is that you can improve your athletic ability with short bursts of high intensity exercise, so that's what we will be doing today.
Obviously there are an immense amount of variables not included in my extremely brief summary. The gist of the story is that what you'll be doing today is going to move you in the correct direction in your overall health.
Love you bye!
