We're Almost Done with Long WOD Monday!
We are going to be testing your mental fortitude today. There will be plenty of dynamic movement that will get your heart rate up and your sweat flowing. However, there will also be equal amounts of isometric holds that seem to crush your spirit and tempt you to quit.
That's where it gets fun! You get to dig deep to find your drive and your personal reasons for working as hard as you do. Remind yourself of how incredible you are, and you will have no trouble making it through.
