We will start today with some heavy Strict Presses in order to build your overhead pushing power. Afterwards, we will have a short WOD that you should be completing at a sprint pace.
If you wish to get the intended results of this workout, you should choose weights and scalings that allow you to move quickly throughout the entire WOD. There shouldn't be breaks or long transitions. You should move until it's over.
At that point in time, you are allowed to lay down - you should need to when it's over.
