Floor Press Friday!
Join us in building our pushing power today. We will be doing heavy Floor Presses in order to develop strong and controlled pushing muscles. Additionally, this would be a good day to remember to follow the Crossover Symmetry's Activation routine before the workout. This will help activate and develop your upper and middle back in order to keep good posture and balance the strengthening we're doing on the front of your body during class.
