As I mentioned yesterday, our new strength cycles start next week. That also means that we are rearranging the structure for each day. The schedule will remain the same, though, of course.
Mondays will now be our Long WOD's. Tuesdays are Skill Practice - primarily focused on Olympic lifting. Wednesdays will be the Overhead Squat Cycle. Thursdays will be Gymnastics practice - body weight movements. Friday will be our Deadlift Cycle. Saturday will still be Spartan SGX, and Sunday will be up to Brittney's cruel mind to craft.
