It's Already Hump Day!
We are in the middle of De-Load Week! We finished our Press/Push Press and our Front Squat strength cycles last week with our new 1 Rep Maxes. We are taking this week off from all strength cycles and letting our bodies have a break from the weights.
Next week, we will start our new strength cycles by setting our preemptive maxes. On Wednesday (7/13/16), we will set a 1 Rep Max Overhead Squat. On Friday (7/15/16), we will set a 1 Rep Max Deadlift.
For 8 weeks following these new maxes, we will be doing strength cycles for each respective movement. At the end of those 8 weeks, we will set new maxes and celebrate our massive gains!
