Back to Normal!
Unfortunately, we all have to get back to our normal schedules today. That long weekend was amazing, and it's hard to get back to work.
One thing that helps with this difficult task is to get yourself moving early at the gym. We have a 5:30 A.M. class as always this morning, and it will jump start you into this week better than anything else you can come up with.
Make it happen and you'll be satisfied with your day and extremely proud of yourself. See you soon!
