Bring a Sweat Towel!
If you have ever done a workout with Paul, you know why his picture is up for today's blog. We are going to be sweating like it's our job during this workout, and you can be sure that Paul will lead the charge!
Personally, I highly recommend wearing a headband. It keeps the sweat off your head from dripping into your eyes. It doesn't hurt that it looks so incredibly cool as well!
Also, you have all noticed that it has been really hot in the gym lately. That is because it's summer. I know a lot of you complainers want us to put in air conditioning and $5,000 fans. Well, here is my counteroffer:
You came to the gym to improve your overall health. We are doing that by allowing you to train in the conditions that exist while you are out hiking/biking/rafting/hunting/walking/running/etc. There is free, cold, filtered water available for you to keep yourself hydrated before, during, and after your workout.
