Let's Learn Bar Muscle-Ups!
I think we can all agree that, for 112 years old, Tim is in phenomenal shape! Well, today has some opportunity to build those incredible "Lat Wings" like Tim has had since he was 6 months old. They come from pulling motions like Pull-Ups, Rowing, Bar Muscle-Ups, etc. They are the primary reason Tim is so wide right underneath his armpits. I have also heard this called the "V-Taper," which refers to the fact that Tim is so much wider at the shoulders and chest and narrows down to his hips.
Regardless of what you call it, we can all agree that Tim looks better than us and we all want to be like him. That's my daily goal!
