We will be re-testing your Baseline time today! This is a great opportunity to be able to see progress in your abilities over time. For those of you that have maxed out your ability to speed up any of these movements, we can always scale it up to make it more horrible.
Off the top of my head:
Add a weight vest.
Do the Beastline (if you have to ask, you're not ready).
Do it twice in a row.
I'm just winging these options out of unmentionable areas, but you get the idea. We can make it harder if we need to. In the opposite direction, we can scale any component of the Baseline to fit everyone's abilities as well.
Get yourself to the gym to re-test this beautiful torture!
