Brittney hadn't written today's workout before I wrote this post. This means that I can't give you any clues as to what it is. Perhaps she has put it up on Wodify so you can look at it there. Perhaps she hasn't.
Maybe you'll have Wall Sits like in the picture. Maybe you won't.
Maybe you'll do 150 Burpees for time. Maybe you won't.
Maybe you'll run a half marathon. Maybe nobody would show up for that.
Here's my best guess:
Brittney will write something really hard, and you'll show up because you people are tough. You'll crush the workout and feel better about yourself for the experience. You'll then head home and go back to your normal lives with added confidence - knowing that you can accomplish anything if you so choose.
Also, I bet there are Burpees.
